Acceptance

By creating a Foray account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Foray does

Foray is a software-as-a-service platform that helps small businesses respond to customer reviews and capture leads. It uses artificial intelligence to draft response messages and acknowledgments. All AI-generated content is presented as a draft for owner review and approval before being published.

Your responsibility for AI output

Foray generates draft responses using AI models. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every public response before it is posted. Foray does not auto-post review responses by default. Lead acknowledgment messages are sent automatically; you are responsible for monitoring them and maintaining accurate business information.

You agree not to use Foray to generate or distribute deceptive, harassing, or unlawful content.

Subscription and billing

Foray is offered for $49 per month. New accounts include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Refunds are issued at our discretion for service outages or billing errors.

Third-party platforms

Foray integrates with third-party services including Google Business Profile, Shopify, and Stripe. Your use of these services through Foray is also governed by their respective terms of service. Foray is not responsible for outages, data loss, or policy changes by these third parties.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The 60-second lead acknowledgment SLA is a target, not a contractual guarantee. We may schedule maintenance windows.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foray’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the platform.
